May is Mother’s month, that’s why we wanted to draw up a list of amazing and relatively easy cakes that serve as delicious tributes to the most important woman in our life.

Red Velvet has a beautiful burgundy color and is a lot like a Devil’s Food Cake. Its famous red color originally came from a special kind of cocoa and even beetroot.
We cut out the hassle of having to bake your red velvet cake from scratch with our Maya Decadence Red Velvet Cake Mix, which even comes with instant frosting. Just add butter, egg yolks, and cream to the mix and you’re on your way to baking a super delicious Red Velvet Cake.
To get the frosting just right, make sure your water is cold before you add it to the instant frosting, then whip until pointed peaks form in the cream.
#2 Maya Oven Toaster Mix Butter Cake
It’s hard to beat the delicious simplicity of really good butter cake, and we have just the recipe that is sure to impress your mom. It’s even easier to make with our Maya OTM Butter Cake Mix!
Make sure to brush the bottom of your pan with oil or shortening before putting the cake mixture in and placing it in the oven. Butter cake tends to really stick to the pan, and we recommend using shortening over butter or oil because it doesn’t burn as easily.
