Coconut Chocolate Truffles
- 250 grams dark chocolate chopped
- 100 grams coconut cream
- 30 grams coconut oil
- cocoa powder as needed
- coconut flakes as needed
- In a bowl, place chopped dark chocolate, coconut cream and coconut oil. Cook this over a double boiler. Mix constantly and remove from heat when chocolate melts.
- Transfer into another container and let it cool. Once cooled place in the refrigerator to set.
- Once the chocolate is set scoop them out and form into balls, roll truffle in cocoa powder and coconut flakes until fully coated.
Yield: 12-15 pieces
