Coconut Chocolate Truffles


  • 250 grams dark chocolate chopped
  • 100 grams coconut cream
  • 30 grams coconut oil
  • cocoa powder as needed
  • coconut flakes as needed


  • In a bowl, place chopped dark chocolate, coconut cream and coconut oil. Cook this over a double boiler. Mix constantly and remove from heat when chocolate melts.
  • Transfer into another container and let it cool. Once cooled place in the refrigerator to set.
  • Once the chocolate is set scoop them out and form into balls, roll truffle in cocoa powder and coconut flakes until fully coated.
  • Serve


Yield: 12-15 pieces
