Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, allow sugar to caramelize until golden brown.
- Add flour to caramelized sugar and cook over low fire.
- Gradually add in milk. Stir until thick, and coats the back of the spoon.
- Add butter and vanilla extract.
