Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Grease and line a 9x5-inch rectangular pan. Set aside.
Prepare fudge brownies according to package instructions. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the brownie is cooked.
Using a small round cookie cutter, cut the brownies.
Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out ice cream then place at the bottom of the glass.
Repeat this step to form two layers of ice cream and brownies. Top with mint leaves.
Put more toppings as desired, like chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, sprinkles, marshmallows, chocolate chips, etc.
