And just like that, The Maya Kitchen‘s Summer Baking Camps for Teens are about to come to an end. The last two classes for this summer are on July 18 and 19, 2017, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each class is P1750 each, inclusive of recipes, materials, and ingredients.
Teens might love surfing, gaming, and messaging, but there are times when more educational activities are encouraged to facilitate their exposure to new experiences.
What They Will Learn
- The importance of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
- How to use kitchen tools
- Reading and understanding recipes
- Safety basics of handling hot pans, moving oven racks
Here are the recipes your teens will learn in the final Young Baker’s Hangout for the year.
Day 1:
- Parmesan Chocolate Souffle
- Chocolate Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Shepherds Pie
Day 2:
- Blueberry Mamon
- Red Velvet Lava Cake
- Baked Mac and Cheese
