Thinkheart Whole Wheat Carrot Cake

  • 1 pack MAYA Whole Wheat “Think Heart” Carrot Cake Mix 400g
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1 /4 cups grated carrots (loosely packed) approx. 175 g



  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease an 8-inch round pan.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Pour in prepared round pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
