Ingredients
- 1 pack MAYA Whole Wheat “Think Heart” Carrot Cake Mix 400g
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 pieces egg
- 1 /4 cups grated carrots (loosely packed) approx. 175 g
Instructions
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 8-inch round pan.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Pour in prepared round pan.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
