Like most home bakers, friends and officemates were her first customers — ordering baked goods for gifts during special occasions, as well as for personal consumption.
Through word of mouth, more and more people started to hear about how delightfully good her cakes and cupcakes were.
Shawie Bakes’ considers its specialties as Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake. Baked Empanada is another one of Shawie Bakes’ most requested creations.
