Red Velvet Marble Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pack MAYA Decadence Red Velvet Cake Mix 500g
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • cup ¾+ 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 1 pack MAYA Decadence Yellow Cake Mix 500g
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • cup ¼ cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1-2 cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 1-2 cups confectioner’s sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Prepare a bundt pan by lightly greasing it with shortening and dusting it with all-purpose flour. Remove excess flour.
  • In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine yellow cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.
  • Scoop both the cake batters alternately in the prepared bundt pan to have a marble effect.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set. Cool on a wire rack then loosen the cake from the pan. Place the cake into a serving dish or cake stand.
  • In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.
  • Drizzle the sauce on the cake. Serve.

Notes

Yield: 1 bundt cake (12-16 servings)
