Preheat oven to 350ᵒF/177ᵒC.
Prepare 3-ounce muffin pan. Grease stainless shot glasses.
Cream butter until soft and fluffy. Add sugar and continue beating until smooth and lighter in color.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Color dough as desired. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Roll out dough as thin as possible using rolling pin. Cut a coin size portion of the colored dough then press at the bottom of the shot glass. Cut dough into strips and press on the sides of the shot glasses until complete covered. Decorate as desired.
Put on individual holes of muffin pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool on molds. Remove cookie shots.
Heat together milk and chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds stirring every 10 seconds.
Coat melted chocolate inside the cookie shot. Chill to set.
Fill with fresh milk before serving.
