Dulce de Leche Cake
Servings 1 8" round cake
- 2 8” x 1” layers Vanilla Chiffon Cake
- 1 recipe Butter Filling
- 1 recipe Caramel Icing
Mise en Place:
- Bake the Vanilla Chiffon Cake.
- Make the Butter Filling.
- Assemble and fill the cake and chill while making the caramel icing.
- Make the icing.
- Pour on top of assembled cake making sure side is smoothly covered. Cool.
- Decorate with left over butter filling as desired.
