Ingredients

  • 2 8” x 1” layers Vanilla Chiffon Cake
  • 1 recipe Butter Filling
  • 1 recipe Caramel Icing

Instructions

Mise en Place:

  • Bake the Vanilla Chiffon Cake.
  • Make the Butter Filling.
  • Assemble and fill the cake and chill while making the caramel icing.
  • Make the icing.
  • Pour on top of assembled cake making sure side is smoothly covered. Cool.
  • Decorate with left over butter filling as desired.
