Red Velvet Marble Bundt Cake
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Prepare a bundt pan by lightly greasing it with shortening and dusting it with all-purpose flour. Remove excess flour.
  2. In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine yellow cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat by hand until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Scoop both the cake batters alternately in the prepared bundt pan to have a marble effect.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set. Cool on a wire rack then loosen the cake from the pan. Place the cake into a serving dish or cake stand.
  6. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the sauce on the cake. Serve.

Yield: 1 bundt cake (12-16 servings)
