  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/ 177°C.
  2. (K) Grease 10 stainless ice drop molds. Set aside.
  3. (K) In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, oil and water.
  4. (K) Blend in Hotcake mix until smooth.
  5. Pour about 1/8 cup batter into ice drop molds leaving 1-inch space from the lid to give way for the rising.
  6. Half bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. (K) Quickly bring out icicles from the oven and insert popsicle sticks at the center.
  8. Continue baking until cake is done.
  9. Cool and unmold cake.
To assemble
  1. (K) Dip fudgecicles in desired melted chocolate colors, let it dry for a few minutes.
  2. (K) Holding the popsicles upward, pour melted semi sweet milk chocolate on top to create a dripping effect.
  3. (K) Top with different toppings of choice.
